- Resort Homes requires a 10% deposit of the total cost of the property that is then lodged directly to our solicitors trust account
- Balance to be paid on the date of settlement (approximately 60 to 90 days for new residents)
- In addition you will be required to pay solicitors fees (approx FJ$1200), 2% government stamp duty
Rates
All lot owners are charged annual rates for upkeep of streetlights, drainage, lot mowing, yard clippings and rubbish removal.
